CameraFix is our fully-licensed camera repair shop that specializes in all kinds of cameras, from film to digital, Japanese to European. We repair what most other service centers wont touch, which means our repair shop is always full of cameras we are currently fixing for our customers.

Previously we thought keeping all repairs in clear boxes was a great idea to store and locate jobs, but it became increasingly difficult as the amount of jobs tripled coming out of the COVID pandemic. Having to pull each box out and off the shelf to read the slip of paper inside to identify the unit was very time consuming, especially if it had been moved from its original place.

Creating labels can be a tedious process, but with one click MeMate prints a label with all the information (camera/lens type and customer name) in clear and consistent bold text, and it is very easy to remove the sticker once the repair has been completed and the repair has left the shop.

Not only has MeMate labels helped us store and locate the repairs efficiently, it also features a QR Code that when scanned shows us if the repair has been paid or not. This means when a customer comes to pick up their repair, the technician can immediately check if the customer is required to pay without having to go back to the computer, log into Xero and locate the specific job all while the customer waits. This saves our time, and the customers time.
