MeMate didn’t start as a product idea.

It started as a frustration.

Running a business ourselves, we tried all the usual tools.

And what we found was simple:

1. The serious systems were overpriced, bloated, or designed for big corporates

2. The cheap ones were too basic, too limited, or couldn’t scale

3. And the rest were just… disconnected. Too many tabs, too many logins, not enough logic

So we built something that actually made sense.

MeMate Was Born Out of Necessity

We didn’t sit around brainstorming “disruptive SaaS models.”

We were in the thick of it — quoting jobs, chasing invoices, managing people, trying to keep it all together.

We needed one tool that could:

3. Communicate with the team

6. And let us do it without switching platforms every five minutes

And if we needed that… we knew others did too.
